FACTS Grant Assessment

All families requiring financial aid for Kindergarten through Grade 8 tuition for the 2017-2018 school year are required to complete the online FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment process to be eligible for assistance.  If you received a grant or scholarship this year, you must re-apply if assistance is required for next year.  The deadline to apply is March 17, 2017.

Late application policy: Our ability to award grants after the March 17, 2017, deadline is limited, as the bulk of our financial aid is distributed in April following the processing of applications submitted on time.  With the exceptions of families new to the area, a dramatic change in a family's financial status or other extenuating circumstances, applications submitted after the due date may not be eligible for grant consideration.  This policy will assure that financial assistance is awarded based on a fair determination of financial need. 

Please understand that if you require assistance, you MUST apply for it, and your application MUST be submitted online by March 17, 2017.  

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Michael School for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 17, 2017.  Applicants can apply online by clicking this link:


Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of your 2016 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
