SMART Aid Financial Assistance

All families requiring financial aid for Kindergarten through Grade 8 tuition for the 2018-2019 school year are required to complete the online SMART Aid assessment process to be eligible for assistance. If you received a grant or scholarship this year, you must re-apply if assistance is required for next year. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 16, 2018.

Late application policy: Our ability to award grants after the deadline is limited, as the bulk of our financial aid is distributed in April following the processing of applications submitted on time.  With the exceptions of families new to the area, a dramatic change in a family's financial status or other extenuating circumstances, applications submitted after the due date may not be eligible for grant consideration.  This policy will assure that financial assistance is awarded based on a fair determination of financial need.

Applicants can apply online by clicking the SMART Aid link at:  https://smartaidforparents.com

Detailed instructions are available here: https://www.smscanton.org/media/1/SMART%20Aid%20Parent%20Instructions.pdf
